The first thing to do is to contact us so we can talk about the situation and find the right solution for you. You need to ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wig.
Should a return/exchange be applicable, you will need to adhere to the following: The wig must be returned in the exact state that we sent it to you. It must be in the original bag, with all its tags. It's quite easy to tell if a wig has been worn.
You will be refunded the amount of the wig less the cost of shipping and of course need to pay for the wig to be returned.
there is also a $10 gateway fee that is taken as soon as your order is placed that is also non refundable.
