Shipping Policy

 Shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address.

Processing time:

All our orders are generally shipped within 2 Business days of the order being placed. Of course we are only human and sometimes delays occur. If you feel like you have been waiting an extended amount of time for your shipping confirmation email, get in touch with us and we can see what is happening. :)

International shipping:

Although we are based in Sydney Australia we do ship internationally using Australia Post. For more information on international shipping times to your country use this handy tool provided by Australia Post.

Signature on Delivery:

We have the option for signature on delivery for all orders, so please choose the option that is right for you. We are not liable for parcels that go missing without signature on delivery.

If you choose signature on delivery and you are unable to accept delivery your parcel will be taken to a local post office and you will be notified to pick it up. If you do not pick it up within the allotted timeframe (usually 8-10 business days) it will be shipped back to us.

How do I check the status of my order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the proposed delivery time, please get in touch with us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Import Tax:

You will be contacted by your local customs agents in regards to any import taxes if they are applicable to your order. We do not hold responsibility for any import tax attached to your order once it arrives in your country. If you have any questions about import taxes please get in touch with us.

Return to sender:

If your parcel is returned back to us we will get in touch with you directly in regards to the reason for this and arrange with you for re-delivery.

We are not held responsible for any return to sender parcels and re-delivery (unfortunately) will be at the expense of the customer.


A note on Peru: We have recently had troubles shipping wigs to Peru. Unfortunately, once the order leaves Australia we do not have any control or visibility of the postage. As such, we cannot take any responsibility for orders that do not turn up or take longer than expected. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
